I'm an international student enrolled in January 2021 for a 4 year degree program. I arrived in Canada on 27 December 2022.

My wife came to Canada as an international student in 2019 and got PR in April 2022.

Me and my wife got married in June 2022. We had court marriage in Canada.

Can my wife sponsor me for PR? If so, what is the procedure? What are the important documents that are required?

When did you meet? Was this an arranged marriage? Did you have family at your wedding?

We started in 2019. It's a luv marriage. In our court marriage ceremony, which took place on 19th june 2022, we had our relatives. Then we had a marriage in a traditional way as well in India on 30th October 2022 which had all the family members.
