Can an International student having summer intern work permit work in US?
Or is there any special US visa for students in Canada to work in US during summer?

You cannot. I'm not even sure why you would want to work in the US considering that you are trying to get employed in Canada.

No - you cannot work in the US.
No - there is no special visa.
