INTERIM FEDERAL HEALTH APPLICATION

Hello. I have a friend who applied to renew his interim federal health certificate but was not approve. He got this message from cic.

Your Interim Federal Health Program
(IFHP) application has been reviewed.
 You already have Interim Federal Health
Program – IFHP coverage
 You do not need to apply for a new
certificate – You will still be able to
present your current IFHP eligibility
document to health-care providers when
you are seeking their services, even after
the expiry date shown on the document
has passed.
 IFHP coverage for refugee claimants will
continue until you become eligible for
provincial/territorial health insurance or
you leave Canada.

Does anyone got the same message too?

Well i have no idea abt this message but if he has a valid work permit he can Apply for provincial health plan
