Express entry Rejection

Hi there People!
I am a Doctor holding Superspeciality degree From India. I applied for PR as a Federal Skilled Worker Program in 2022 but my application got rejected stating that i haven't submitted any document referring to the "number of Hours" i have worked and also in detail regarding the "duties" performed. My NOC was 31102 - General Practitioners and Family Physicians. Could you please Help me out? how r u guys (from india) managing to get a certificate regd number of hours? is there any alternative way?

To show hours worked, you submit taxes, pay slips and bank statements. if cash job then IRCC has cracked down as you cannot show you were actually paid to do the job.

You are a doctor and paid cash. IRCC is very suspect of cash paytments. Show your tax statements too. Should have hired a lawyer.

Did your employment letter stated how many hours you worked?
