Most likely no.

I see that I cannot work more than 20 hours/week so with an average wage $10/hour I can win about $800-$1000/month which is equal to normal living expenses. Am I right ?

You won't take home the full salary. There are deductions.

I would agree with the poster above and say that it may be possible if you rent only a room (and share bathroom, kitchen and living room facilities) - and also live a modest lifestyle.

Note there's also no guarantee you will find a part time job or that you will be able to work the full 20 hours per week.

You might not initially find a job but there are many part-time jobs in Toronto if you keep looking. I'd say that by sharing an accommodation you can easily support yourself by doing a part-time job. Try finding a job on SIN and not on cash. You can get a security license which will cost around $400 and you can find a plenty of jobs in security companies.

Dont worry about it . Its easy calculation. Regular monthly expense of student is 500 to 700 cad . And as per 20hr work permit you can make 800 cad legally. All you have to do is find a decent job and work hard including believe in yourself. Cheerz

And study hard too. As your first motive should be study and not working :P
Good luck for your future endevours.
