hello

I have send a inquiry to the CIC about my visitor aplicación ( is taking more time that usual ) I applied in United state and in from Dominican Republic . So they answer me with they can’t give information a Third person and bla bla ( lol ) but i send the inquiry with the email I filled the aplicación so I don’t understand . What can I do ??? Also somebody told me about get the Caips . To see why is taking long time to process my visa . It’s that posible ??
