Hi guys I want your opinions. Is inquiring about the status of the application to CIO Nova Scotia jeopardize its status? The application was sent April 1 and for noc 3213 fsw 2013.

If you haven't received an AOR with a file no., it means it hasn't been looked at. So CIO is not going to go searching through all the unprocessed files.

Thanks PMM. Yeah there is no AOR or whatsoever that's why I'm worried about the application and it's over the wait of 8-10 weeks for me to already have an answer.

Do you have any information about your payment, whether it has been charged? Do you have a UCI number?

the payment is on demand draft. Btw how will I know if the demand draft is presented to the payee? Sorry for my ignorance. And no uci as well. And if rejected cause the cap is full how long should I wait for the return of the documents? Thanks in advance
