Regarding police certificates, it says you should submit one for every country you lived in since 18. For country specifics, my take was that if it says no additional requirements that is in addition to already expected police cert. This is my third time going through immigration process (other countries), it was always a must to submit in my experience. Just make sure you add them all (translated by approved translator if needed) and you'll be fine, this is just a time delay. You can do it, good luck

Dont worry you'll get it in no time, perhaps it just depends if it is an initial one or extension. I reckon it's easier for then to validate extensions for applicants with a a valid one already and a job.

I Just Received My CSQ Today!!!!
20 Days after I Delivered my application in Montreal!!!

Now, about your question. 2 and 3 is about the person who is being sponsored!!!!

GUYS!! I am so happy right now!! I just checked my account and saw that my OWP has been approved!!! It is valid until March 2021. Just made my day!! I can finally wait in peace and patience for the PR application updates!

My timeline-
App sent- Jan 29
App received- Feb 01
AOR- March 21
AOR linked- March 21
OWP linked- March 26
OWP Approved- March 28
