Hello everyone.

December 14th applicant
Received email saying eligibility passed!
But I also received a request of my FBI certificate even though I submitted it with my original application packet.

They are requesting it be emailed to VCR-FCPU/UTCF@cic.gc.ca

Is this normal?
Should I upload a copy anyway even with eligibility passed email? These emails came within minutes of each other

Hi all, I have a bit of a random question for you. My wife has received Permanent residence (great news...hang in there it'll come friends) and we are pregnant. We are hoping to have the baby in Europe as that is where she is from but we are not sure if this will make it difficult for the baby to be Canadian? I am a Canadian citizen by birth. Does anyone know how long this process might be or how complicated it is? Thanks!

Any update guys ??
I just received an email from my representative today about cic invited me and my son for interview on 24th August and today both Sponsor side and Primary applicant side status changed to decision made.

Never received any AIP or SA, representative even didn’t receive any details and location of interview yet.

So at least they are working on December applicants’ applications.

You should post this as it's own thread as it seems it can get complicated! Good luck
