Hi, I recently received a request letter from CIC to collect my fingerprint in RCMP. After that, I got a fingerprint identification copy from RCMP, and the lady in RCMP told me they will send me something(I guess it is the criminal record result) to my place. Just wondering is the fingerprint identification copy or the criminal record that I should send to CIC with the associated request letter? BTW, I sent my homeland police certificate to CIC through email as requested in the request letter, but in my online account, it still shows the request letter for that. I called CIC,and the guy told me that they already received my police certificate. Should I uploaded it through my online account again?
