Yes, pal. It is scary. Some people wait 2-3+ years with no updates when others get it in few months. Nobody knows why and we will never know.
I can say now with certainty that this immigration process damages huge amount of people and because of that potentially brings unhappiness in some way in Canadian society. I am clueless why IRCC does it as they require do the opposite to make Canada a better country etc. There should be smarter people working in IRCC creating those policies and procedures so they bring only “fresh” happy people to Canada not being damaged by the process. It is so simple to understand and I am very surprised no one gives a shit.
It’s review required, don’t know what for. They are using covid as an excuse that’s all I know.
