yea maybe they are done but not able to update on ecas as its down and they too are facing issues updating applications. I am hoping they will send it all in bulk for both July and 1st half of Aug applicants.

Refugees will be processed outside Canada . So I think this should not affect the timelines of FSW inlan

Did you find any article that says refugees are processed outside Canada? At the same time, I don't think they won't be processed in Syria as Canadian embassy doesn't operate there any more.

They are taking Syrians who flew to places like Turkey, Jordan etc. And not directly from Syria.
