I believe so. It would be slightly unfair to send out PPRs to droves of August AORers who still have 1 month on their processing time and leaving out several July applicants who are already on their 6 month mark. It's only logical to assume there is a plan to finalize most of july guys and some of aug guys over a period of one week, as such, they don't really care much in which order/sequence they send the PPRs; one week is insignificant.

Hopefully, most of the remaining July inlanders and outlanders should get their PPR over the next 1 week.

Merry Christmas everyone and congrats to all that received PPR. Been offline for a few days and just checking in.

No PPR for us unfortunately. Hopefully something between now and New Years or in the new year. The wait is agonising after watching other peoples come through!

So stressful this waiting is...never been asked for any documents, no RCMP, schedule A request....still waiting for PPR. not sure what went wrong.

We can definitely expect one in next week to clear July applicants. Then the minister will send end of year mail about their achievements in one year of Express Entry
 
Ghost email today at around 1 pm.
Checked myCIC and the application said - updated.
However no change in the application when I clicked it.
No ECAS access yet.

First draw was Jan 31st... So they still have over a month untill 1 year of express entry....

Dec 22 finally got mail from CPCO-IRCC@cic.gc.ca> ----- request for passport ( just copy not original )
Looks like the light in tunnel is bigger now :)
Tomorrow will send passport copy with pictures
waiting time again :)
Feels like days to get PR :)
Hope YOU ALL get good news soon

Sorry. You mean that they asked you send them a hard copy by mail? Or just to upload it?
Could you tell what the subject of the email was?
Would you please copy paste what they wrote in the email. I mean just the writing not your personal info.
