My gut is telling me that even though my ecas is not updating in mycic and I haven't received any correspondence yet, that the change from app received to decision made means final decision made. I never even went to "in progress" status. Lol. But everything has been done for seven months...AIP, meds passed, SA. For the status to update now tells me that something's stirred.

Under decision made it says that decision made means one of the following things:

Sponsorship / In-Canada Application for Permanent Resident Status Determined
The sponsorship applications and In-Canada Application for Permanent Resident Status will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you in writing in either case.

Permanent Residence Status Determined
If your application is approved, we will send you your permanent resident documentation and a letter saying what we need to finalize your permanent residence.

Some people, mainly in the 2016 inland thread reported receiving "delayed" email. They saw the status changing during the day, but got the email after 6pm (eastern time). Maybe you'll get it tonight, but if not, I would try calling the call center tomorrow.

I don't have any criminal convictions or tickets at all. My application was all in order. Going to see the MP today. Hope it helps. Will post the good news soon hopefully. Thanks guys.

It's easy. We actually had to reschedule twice. My wife went on holidays and we were first rescheduled the day of her flight so we sent a letter to IRCC office explaining why and they got back to us with another date but the date that was given us was wrong because my wife would still be on holidays and they responded right away that we will be rescheduled when she's back. We got our 3rd appointment a week before she was back.

So basically the reason must be valid and send a letter not informing them that you wil not be there (it shouldn't sound or look like your PR is not important) instead ask them if they would grant your request.

The Dino site has changed my status from "application received" to "decision made." I checked ecas and nothing has been updated on that.....I've heard that this happens....

How long before I should expect communication regarding the decision? I don't anticipate being denied but am one of those people who worries about worse case scenario, so I'm nervous as hell. My address and email are up to date but I realize my phone number changed so I guess I need to call and update that asap.....

Anyway I've heard that this happens to other people..... hoping to hear this has happened to others and they have received positive outcomes

Hey guys so I got my landing letter and it is scheduled on saturday . . . odd isn't it? I tried to call them if they might put the wrong date but service canada said it is supposedly opened.

And one more thing--in the letter it said I need to bring "Certified copies of seized ID Documents and Notice of Seizure form" What is this???

I don't know regarding the second part of your post, but regarding appointment on Saturday, I remember some people posting the same few weeks ago for Etobicoke office (in the 2016 thread). Congratulations on your landing!

Thank you and yes I'm landing in Etobicoke. That seizure form thing is put in the last of list. Did your landing letter mention about that? See, I'm assuming it's for those who got their passport of document seized by the CBSA or something had to do with refugee.

Congraulations Alila! IRCC seems to be working six days a week.

Regarding the seized documents, if CBSA held onto passport on any of your documents. Probably that part does not apply to you, if they never confiscated your documents.
