Are AIP emails sent on a Tuesday or is it when they update application s on the website?

me too, as august applicant... feel kind of weird, happy for the others approval, but a little bit annoyed because people that applied after is getting their AIPs an not me :-\

hahah, I feel the same and I am a July 2015 applicant. I try to be positive but it is a bit disheartening.

We got our AIP email today (Monday), but nothing has been updated on ecas yet. I'm assuming that will happen tomorrow.

I am an August 2015 applicant.
Does the SA/AIP depends on how long you have been married? I got married in Feb 2015, have read somewhere that if you are married for 2 years or less you get conditional PR.

You can't send a criminal record from 2010 as they are only valid for upto 2 years. You have to request the embassy to give a new one. For the medical, you can only use the CIC Approved doctors. The list of approved practitioners is on CIC Website. DO NOT SEND results from your family doctor; the approved practitioners send in specific forms (EMedical) to CIC Directly.

I asked through the MP and she said that since i live in a distant of over 600km from the nearest designated Drs.I can get my family Dr. to do and also that i did one before which they said expired..They also instructed her that i can send the 2010 since i have only lived in canada for the last 5yrs ..The reason being the deadline they have given for the return of all documents...Getting police check will take over 5 months,everything is needed before end of this month she said its ok i just send what i have...I dont know which way to am woking with what i have

As others said, you will have to get a new PCC from India (and from every other country where you have resided for more than 6 months BUT Canada). You can get your Indian PCC through an Indian embassy or consulate. You don't need to get a Canadian Police Check, CIC can do it for itself.
There should be an address in your email where they are expecting the documents.
If you are not able to get everything before the deadline, send them a letter, advising them about the delay.

but i got the letter via regular mail not email and they did not provide any particular address to send the documents, should i send the document to the same address from where AIP and SA letter come from ???
And for PCC it will take at least 2 weeks to come so should i send rest of the document or its better to wait for PCC n send all the document together.

Honestly, the first thing I said to my husband when he mentioned that he got an email was, "I feel happy! But also guilty!" I just hope this means good news is on its way for you as well!

We can hope they process the applications received in the months subsequent to Sept'2015 with the same rigour. Since, as if now they have barely granted March/April 2015 applicants an AIP.

As soon as you requested your PCC and you have some proof of your request, you should send a letter to CIC, advising them that you have already made the request and you will send the results as soon as you receive them. Give a timeline if you are able to. They are aware that for some PCCs it takes months to receive it, if you let them know before your deadline, they will understand.

I am hoping they'll go back to April-August before. This has happened before with previous years, they seem to skip and then go back. Not sure why.

Yeah, you can send what you have and an explanation that the PCC will follow in 30 days (or so). The address in your AIP should do it.

Hi, I applied for my PR along with the OWP application on August I got the file number on January but no response on OWP. I called cic they asked me to sent the proof that I was on status when I applied for OWP I did sent the visa page in my passport which shows my visa validity. TodAy when I called them they said when I landed the officer writes a validity on the place where they stamps but the officer has not written anything on my passport except the stamp.
Is there any way to prove them my status? Please help...
