INLAND APPLICATIONS 2014

Hi Everyone!

The CIC Mississauga got my application on March 03,2014, I received my AOR on August 6,2014 and I can check my status online.

Just to let you guys know that last Monday, September 15, 2014 I got an email from the CIC saying: "In order to continue processing your application, further information is required."
They asked me to submit again my Schedule A Background / Declaration (IMM5669) and Additional Family Information (IMM5406) form.

Anyway, I think it means that at least they are working in my application. I am happy to see some progress

Yep I think cic is playing tricks with us I'm telling you.I don't wanna be negative about this, I wanna stay positive as much as I can . The negative we are the more stress we get.Stay strong people, soon the light will shine on us, keep the faith on.

We all will miss this forum once we get our PR. Or wait a minute there is stilll more to come, citizenship. and stuff... This forum might be one of the things we read everyday morning till we ??? ???

I called CIC today and was informed that one of my forms was outdated. She said she wasn't sure if they had sent the "Whole" application back or just a request for the outdated form. If this is the case I plan to apply Outland!

Is this really an AIP... really really... may be they expedite my case cause I have some issues with CBSA. I have been out of work and health for 2 years now so may be they thought they shouldn't give me hard time anymore...

so am I eligible for health?????????

Not sure if I got anything wrong here but you did receive expedited processing because you had issues with CBSA due to being out of status for 2 years, didn't you? I also remember reading a post earlier about being a denied refugee if I remember correctly. That was my understanding, sorry if I got it wrong.

I fail to understand, the inland and outland application is not much different in regards to assessment of sponsor and person being sponsored, why there is 1 year delay for inland ie July 30 2013 and July 24,2014 as for Outland dates as per today.


Considering if both are filed at same time, why Inland is 1 year backlogged.

as far as my understanding, its the strategy that they encourage that people to go with outland application.
