You are eligible for BC MSP as soon as you have AOR, but they try to insist that you have to have AIP. If you want/need coverage now...might as well roll up your sleeves and start fighting with them.

Congratulations!

You can travel by private car across the border with your CoPR, right? Maybe a quick trip to the U S of `Eh' would be good!

I did not send my Meds with my application. Should I send it now before CIC request for it?
Sent my application package in Dec 2013.

I have sent my meds upfront with my application in last August. however it is already more than a year that I have done these exams. i have read here that they epire after a year, so should I go now and redo the meds in order not to waist more time or should I wait until it will be requested? Also how can I know from the list of medecins if they are doing the electronic or not?

we've had what?? 5 days of progress in the last 3 months? 4 months??

this is crazy... Wouldn't August applicants be at 11 months now?? if someone applied on August 1st, 10 months would be June 1st....
has all August applicants receive AIP??? if not, then they should be calling and complaining !

I am a July applicant and have not heard a peep. I did call and they said I was going to hear back from them in two/three weeks, that was last week so still waiting. Wondering if there's any value in ordering my ATIP notes at this point, to see if anything has been done on my case. Anyone has ordered these notes from July or August 2013? Tks

They will sometimes extend the medical, so wait for them to notify you.

I just received my landing letter ;D! My interview is on July 2nd, which means I will have to reschedule a surgery appointment :-\. I guess it could be worse...

It also says in the letter that my appointment is between 1 am and 2 pm . I suspect that was a typo..

Complaining wouldnt help. Nobody is there to listen. my case.. my MP chose to leave out the fact that they had such a long delay when contacting them. I dont think im in the wrong for stating the FACT that there is barely any movement in the past 4 months. Maybe so the officer wont be prejudice against my case.. So maybe ask MP not to give out your info but complain about long delays??? guys i changed my mind about my MP being helpful. In my case, they are helpful the first time they inquire about my file. thats it. im sure it would be helpful for people who are denied that sort of thing though

if you want me to elaborate pls PM me as I dont have my PR yet and dont want to jeopardise anything.
