Hi Please respond,
I have submitted my spouse sponsorship application, and just recently I received mail from CIC.CPC MISSISSAUGA, states that the application is returned due to insufficient IMM5669 not complete fully.
Here the problem I am facing is That my PR portal status shows is still submitted, and I cant open my file to check and resubmit.
Your Input will be helpful.

If it is returned, you need to submit a new application. There is an option there.

One the appl is submited, submit button for that app will be greyed out. You can download the files you have submitted. Thats about it.

If they are asking for missing files, you dont have to submit a new app but just provide what they ask.

However, your case is different because your application is returned. You need to submit a new one.
