hellooo!!!

I am going to apply for my immigration after the completion of 1 year experience in this job. But, unfortunately I got injured just 40 days before the completion of 1 year.
I didnt went through compensation. Because, compensation period doesn't include in my experience. So I continued my job with light or modified duties.

Do you think that these 40 days with same designation but different job duties will be included in my experience

Thanx

It depends on what your management/HR provides in the experience letter. I dont see that they will include it..

thnx for reply
My HR is with me

Actually, the pay stubs i am getting after injury has word "WSIB PAY" but i am getting paid by my company not by compensation.
I explained everything to my HR and she said that she cannt remove WSIB word from pay stub but she can provide separate letter along with experience letter with explanation that what i was doing on these 40 days

Well, as long as you work and get paid for 30+ hours every week in those 40 days, I think you are OK.

If it is any consolation, I did not submit pay stubs but sent a copy of the T4 as proof of employment. Not sure if WSIB payments are indicated on them but you could go that route.

T4 doesnt have any descriptions about WSIB
but T4 for 2014 will available in feb 2015
and
i am going to apply after 1st november

and moreover i dont want to apply under express entry

thnx

Support from your employer is good! First - paystubs are not required documents. Second - it depends if your "modified duties" still fall under the same NOC, or a different NOC. If it's the same position, and your employer is willing to state this in the Letter of employment, then you're probably OK.

But also keep in mind - under express entry, a supportive employer is a good thing...

thnx jes_on for replying

but If I dont attach paystubs I dont have any other document to prove that I am paying my tax, and yes the alternate for paystub is T4, but T4 will be avilable in coming Feb. for these months.

thnx
