My apologies if this question is explained elsewhere. I've done a fair amount of digging, but probably have quite a bit more to go.
Our family lives in America. I am an American citizen and my wife is a Canadian citizen, but USA permanent resident (w/ green card). Both of our children have dual citizenship.
I am interested in moving to back to my wife's hometown. I work as a manager for a transportation company, and there are similar jobs available there. My wife is a stay at home mom and brings in little to no income.
Can she sponsor me while we all live here in America? Can she do so without being able to show she can financial support me? If it works, would I need to immediately move to Canada, or is there a window?
Thank you for all your help!
Simon
