Initial Docs to submit to Sydney for Category1

Can somebody please conform that only following docs need to be send to Sydney for Category1.

-Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM 0008-Generic);
-Schedule 1: Background / Declaration (IMM 0008 – Schedule 1);
-Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker (IMM 0008- Schedule 3)
-Additional Family Information (IMM 5406);
-a photocopy of your passport’s bio-data page,
-2 self-addressed mailing labels one in English or French and the second in the official language of your country.
-Application fee : $1100 for 2 persons.

-Are photos required on application form as there is space for photos?

Correct!
Just remember that both you and your spouse must fill the background form and additional family information separately. The moeny must be in Canadian funds ONLY. No photos are required now.

Thanks,

In additional family info form it says complete names in english and native language.
Is it only name column has to be filled in both english and native language on the same form or whole form??

names! And also do not forget to sign ALL forms even if there is no signature place on them. On the checklist it askes you to check if they are signed!

That is what you must do, but to be on the safe side, I still suggest that you do sign all forms.
