Dear all,
I am PR living in Canada with my family (wife and kids). I am planning to apply for a TRV application for my mother to visit me in Canada this summer. Kindly, I want your initial assessment on accepting or rejecting her application upon your experience.
1) My mother is 58 years old
2) She is a widow (my father died 14 years ago)
3) She lives in Palestine/Gaza (Middle East)
I am considering to include the following in the application:
1) Letter of invitation. Mentioning that she didn't see my new baby who was born in Canada last year, and she is coming to stay with us and to meet my new son.
2) Return fight booking for 5 weeks (staying in Canada for 5 weeks)
3) I will be supporting her financially. I am including a bank account statement with more than 80,000 CAD fund
4) I have purchased for her health insurance to cover her during those 5 weeks. I am attaching it with the application
5) She will stay in my house. I will include a tenancy contract.
Notes:
1) I am self employed since last year, so I don't have any employment as of now
2) My status is PR (no citizenship yet)
3) My mother is not working back home. She is staying with my grand mother.
Do you think such application will be granted a TRV visa or will be rejected? if to be rejected, what shall I consider to get it done?'
Thanks!
