I came to Canada on 14th May and got pr card on 12 July. Now I am out of Canada from 8th September till today. Due to some crisis, I could not back soon.if I come to Canada within mid November, is there any problem with my pr status? In that case, how do authority count my year?

May of which year? 730 days since the day you landed in a 5 year period. That is what is required. You can now decide depending on when you landed.

You 5 year period is from May 2017 to May 2022. From May until September you have approx 3 months. So whenever you come back you need to have another approx 640 days before May 2022.
