this question is confusing me, please need your assistance.

I am the husband, and I am a Canadian citizen living outside Canada, I applied for PR and then get my citizenship when I was single. I sponsored (more than 7 years ago) my ex-wife then she became PR, few years ago we divorced, and now want to sponsor my current wife.

1. IMM5533 (Checklist) – page1: information about previous examination. I do not understand well the question on what’s all about, and not sure what I should put, yes or no? (the Note: if you have never applied for a permanent residernt ......answer No) is confusing me
