• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

we summit documents request such as , bank statement amounting to $5,300, marriage cert ,her birth cert and that of my daughter, 3 landed properties, as well as travel history to UK, France, Italy, Amsterdam to support the points they refused her of. My brother who is a PR over there also summited his statement as documents to suppose the application and we were still refused.

any advice anyone

As far as I am concerned it won't affect your application as long as you have no CC or any other problem and If you were truthful on your application.
Hi,
I got my admission from one of the Ivy school for my masters in USA . I'm an Indian citizen and probably be appearing for my F1 visa in coming months. One of the important criteria for F1 visa is that you should have strong ties with your home country.
Do you think that creating my express entry profile, the US visa officer will come to know my 'not so close tie' and reject my Visa?? Or this information is shared only when biometric are matched and not simple creating EE profile in database.

P. S- my EE score is 475 and Was rejected B2 visa by USA in 2017 under 214(b).

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Canada shares information with the UK and EU. If she was deported from the UK, first she will be required to disclose that in her visa application to Canada. If she doesn't, it will turn up in a background check. If she doesn't disclose, she will be banned from Canada for five years for misrepresentation.

Hey..I need your help here.I recently applied for a canadian visa but later withdrew the application after giving in my Biometrics. Will my info still be shared with the USA in case I apply?

so , i have few questions
1. how long does UK store my Biometrics data ( as per their site they say retention is only for 10 years, but they are not telling whether the data will destroyed after 10 years if u dont stay in UK, afaik after 5 years API data will be automatically deleted)

2. What data exactly is shared between UK and CANADA during immigration data sharing

Can some one help me with this information . Cause i stayed in UK in the year 2008 and 2010 and it is almost 11 years now, i did not disclose abt my stay in UK as there is no where it is asking abt 10 yrs later data
