Infant (Dependent Child) Sponsorship

Hi All,
I am looking forward to apply for PR sponsorship for our infant child as we both parents are PR , but the child was born in India.
Anyone else who is in process or has already applied. Looking for guidance on the process and the forms to be filled. On the portal IMM 5532 needs to filled, but questions on the form look only for spousal sponsorship. Is there a single form for spousal/dependent child process?

In the website, if you select the dependent child sponsorship it will give you the right checklist. In my case it gave: imm1344, 5481, 0008, 5406, 5669, and 5476 if you will use representative or if the sponsor will act as the representative
