Does anyone know whether there will be separate pools for Individual applicants vs. Spousal/Family ones? It seems like you can get more points when you're applying as a family as opposed to when you're applying as an individual.

Basically, what I'm asking is ...If I have a score of 490 but an individual at my level applying for his family as well has a score of 560, will this give him/her more of an advantage to be selected?

Surely, there must be some sort of accommodation for this?

You got that wrong. Married people have a clear disadvantage. God how can you people not see it?

Absolutely. Married people are at a disadvantage. If you decide to not bring your spouse along though, then you get more points; it's like you are treated as unmarried.
