Hi Friends,

I am working as a Software Engineer on SAP NetWeaver Technology from last 4 years in India. If any indians are available in this forum, Please respond.
1) Is it right time to apply for PR.
2) Shall we get Software Jobs in CANADA.

Regards,
Prasad.

you will not qualify under the 38 occupations list. So, please don't bother.

Try only if you have been in any managerial roles during this time

lakshmi ji, Software Engineer on SAP NetWeaver Technology are not in the list of 38 eligible occupations for canadian immigration. if your intention is to only immigrate to a country abroad no matter what that country is, you can try australia as i know Software Engineer on SAP NetWeaver Technology profession is on the criticals skills list for australian immigration. but if your dream is to immigrate to canada only, then you are not eligible under the current rules. only if you are able to find yourself a job in canada and apply under the category of arranged employment. or if you go to canada on a study visa and later on apply for a PR from inside canada. good luck.
