INDIAN Passports NAME ISSUE

I have heard that most indian passports including mine have full name in Given name /first name and no surname , so in that case in EE they can only put full name under last name as that cannot be left empty . on other documents like say IELTS they use the name as it appears on passport which is full name under given name ; so these two things contradicts ; could this case an issue ? do we mention or explain that in LOE ?Please advise , Thank you

As long as all the letter matches in an order, you are fine... i have the same issue but its bit different, i just have the last name in canada. No given name or middle name... So, when i signed my documents, i put just my last name and it was fine...

when we went to get the medical done , the lady at the counter handed us a upfront medical report paper for EE and on that it just had LAST NAME as full name and no given name or first name , when we asked her why is that she said every indian passport is like that , but in Canada we cannot leave last name blank , so your full name/given name goes under last name
