got an update today that passport has been printed will dispatched within 15-20 days... and I spoke to passport office by explaining about my urgent travel they said will receive it by end of next week.

Did you see this update on mportal.passportindia.gov.in or after you called them?
yes i called to BLS office yesterday and emailed them . Today morning i saw on the site as you listed that passport has been printed. they said i can expect it by end of the next week.

I am just checking if anyone came across similar issue, I applied for passport renewal at Toronto BLS in December I had some issue with initial police verification and had to request police verification again 2nd time police verification completed fine and status also changed to Print Initiated but on same day it changed again to PV Initiated, I thoght this maybe system glitch but I infact received email also for police verification so not sure this is indeed system glitch or clerical error:
