You cannot go with Indian passport and come back with Canadian passport. You will need to surrender your Indian passport and get exit permit before leaving India.
With having evisa can I travel India without surrendering Indian passport ?

Hello ,
Could anyone please help here .
I am applying for e-visa using Canadian passport recently procured one (3days old). I did not surrender my Indian passport yet .
I am confused on the below question in application form .
“List all the countries you have visited in 10years” .

what should be the answer here ?? List all the countries I have visited as an individual irrelevant of passport Or What ever countries that I visited using Canadian passport ( which is none as it’s fresh passport) .

I thankyou in advance on any advise/insight.

Surrender of Indian Citizenship is not required for eVisa

List all the countries you have visited in 10years: Answer is None...
You have not traveled on Canadian passport

Hi All. I am a Canadian citizen with OCI in process. I wanted to check how much time it is taking for India evisa currently. Also is there a different timeline if we apply for eTOURIST VISA for 30 days vs 1 year? Thank you for your input.

Hello, looking for some urgent help. I have recently acquired canadian citizenship and applied for surrender certificate. I then intend to apply for OCI. This whole process may rake few months.

But I need to travel to India in a month. While I am trying to apply for e tourist visa , it doesn't show Canada as an approved country . Is E visa service no longer available? https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html

Maybe I am looking in the wrong place, can someone pls share the link ?

Thank you

No,
First you lived in India as a citizen.
You did not travel to the country after acquiring Canadian citizenship

You were Indian before now you are NRI (Non Reliable Indian) :D
