Including wife after marriage..need urgent help from senior members

I have included my wife after applying for canada PR under FSW2014 scheme. I wanted to know if it is ok to keep her name as it was before marriage or is it compulsory to update her name with my initials in the applicaion?

I have included my wife after applying for canada PR under FSW2014 scheme. I wanted to know if it is ok to keep her name as it was before marriage or is it compulsory to update her name with my initials in the applicaion?

I am also in the same situation of updating my VO to include my wife into the application.
I kept her maiden name (before marriage name) in the documents/forms then I attached a copy of our marriage document as a reference.

My VO has yet to respond to my updates though.
