No nothing is guaranteed.

Yeah, just about. You can be almost 100% sure.

Even with ECAS decision made, application and still be rejected.

Has happened twice, that too on LMIA supported apps on a technicality.
Majority of DM have gone through to PPR, albeit with delays (some even over a month)

Your PPR should be close!
I am kind of glad that I decided to pay the RPRF later in the process because at least I know that the application successfully passed the eligibility check .
The letter did say that the admissibility review is still on going ((security, criminality and/or medical), but I least I know the documents submitted were approved!

Hoping for a speedy rest of the process for all of us now!

Does the rest of the line ask you to respond as quickly as possible? Then it could just be a late update to your RPRF request. BUT just the fact that you got the RPRF request means you have been approved for PR. I wish I hadn't paid mine upfront!

A lotta people wish they hadn't paid RPRF upfornt, atlesat that way we know that the application is going somewhere. Dead Silence is so Killing !!
