Implications of declining BC PNP ITA

hi, I've received a BC PNP couple of weeks back and I will not be able to proceed with the application as the employer is not willing to provide documents until I complete 1 year. So, if I decline the ITA, would it have any impact when I apply for BC PNP after 4 months (which is after completing 1 year of work in Canadian company)
