Hello @john_123 ... I have a simmilar case please advise..
Did you raise CSE? What happened to CRS? Did it remain same? Did you upload docs along with CSE?

Adding a spouse post AOR, provided the marriage occured after AOR too, CRS will not be recalculated.

When you submit CSE about your martial status, they will send you list of documents to upload.
