Immigration process time at Toronto airport

Dear All
I am coming to land at Toronto airport and then i have a connection flight to Edmonton. i am arriving at 2pm Toronto and leaving for Edmonton at 6pm through west jet airlines. i am new immigrant with first time entry in Canada.

can any one guide me that my flight connection time is enough ?? i.e 4 hours?? am i able to catch up my connecting flight after getting through all CBSA procedure and giving address to PR officer.

I have 3.20 Hours transit at Toronto airport, after which i have flight to catch for Saskatoon. I 3.20 hours enough to complete landing formalities?
