I got my Canada Work Permit rejected in year 2014. What should i mention for below 2 questions in that case. I am not sure if the below questions are trying to enquire about work permit as well or not.
Question in express entry profile:-
Tell us about your previous applications to Canada, countries of citizenship, and the country where he/she currently lives.
1. Have you applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? (required)
2. Have you applied for Express Entry before? (required)
