Hi Friends

I have hired a immigration services/representative to file my case.

I have noticed from thread that immigration officer may contact applicant but my representative have provided

his contact details in application form, then how can CIC will contact me, My representative got my PER on his e-mail.

pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyone

senior pls comment

This is absolutely normal my friend............

On the form, immigration consultants provide their own address in the correspondence column and its very unlikely that visa office will contact you directly ............all correspondences will be routed though consultant only..............

@serge19,

I am of the view that when an applicant gives consented authorisation to the IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT to act nd deal with VO on his behalf,VO shall be routing all its correspondence through the authorised representative,alone,so long as it receives a written consent to its contrary from the applicant.
I have experienced nd undergone this kind of situation.
Good luck nd god bless all !!

@Daash

I have read a story on thread from one of the applicant that he/she got a call (cross questioning) from
visa office about his/her job duties and address etc.

if this would be the scenario for me, then VO doesn't have my contact details!! Shall my Representative would be answerable to them?

VO has all details that you must have filled in the application forms and will use those if and only if they wanna enquire from you on a personal note.

Yes, DASH is absolutely correct.

Should there be need,VO MAY contact the applicant right away in order to have clarification in respect of a particular information which warrants elaboration.BUT, it is not other way round. All our correspondence has to be essentially routed through our Authorised Represetative.

GOOD LUCK.
GOD BLESS ALL.

thanks all for your guidance

Actually I was bit worried coz my Representative got my contact details like e-mail/mobile.

secondly my wife can't remember her job duties and tenure on finger tips, but I have all her details in my mind(sound funny but true.)

so what should I do?

Only main applicant will be called...........if ever called.........they have got nothing to do with the job duties of dependent member

thanks for reply..
