I want to hire a good attorney so that I can have a smooth application process. I found a couple ones and they are charging me different fees for the whole process. One of them wants to charge me $ 4,000.00 and the other wants to charge me $ 2,000.00 Now, I do not know if the $ 4,000.00 one is overcharging me or if the $ 2,000.00 is cheap, therefore will provide a cheap service. Please, can anyone tell me your experience with attorneys and if the price they charged was the correct one? Can anyone tell me which price would be the right one?

Thank you.

Hi Josinyc,

If the one asking you for $2000 have a good reputation go for it. It doesn't mean it's cheap. I had mine processed by a lawyer too with almost the same amount. If you are aware of the immigration company responsible for this forum you can ask from them.

Good luck

st_st,

The thing is that they have much more experience we have and it might play an important role. Could you tell what your agent's name is?

thanks.
