immediate help needed (solved) - ITA and celpip scores

I took my celpip on Dec - 2016 and

and i got 424 CRS score and received the ITA on 12th April (but i took 2 other celpip before getting the ITA in hopes of improving my score, but unfortunately scored lower)

so can I use the highest CELPIP score or do I need to use the latest one (which will bring my points lower

any help would be greatly appreciated

man this is what it says in the pdf which came along with the ITA

Some examples of changes which could result in a lower points score include:
• You no longer have a valid job offer
• You no longer have a provincial nomination
• Your language test scores have expired or upon re-taking them, the scores are lower.

please clarify this brother

You can use whichever CELPIP result u want as long as it is not expired. If your CELPIP expires and you retake then u have to use the latest unexpired one with lower marks.

That refers to when an applicant retakes the test after receiving an ITA (due to not being able to submit the eAPR before the test expires) and the new test results end up being lower - thus, the applicant would have a lower CRS.

i have been asked by cic to submit a background declaration form in 7 days, where do i upload this ? because i already submitted my application i dont see where to upload it

thank you , found it, when we goto view submitted application, they gave an option of upload just for this, with a deadline of 7 days from now.
