Someone help me out please. I'm looking at re-writing my Celpip. Doing my calculations, my results should be out on Wednesday or Thursday, but the issue is, there will be a draw by then and I scared I may miss out especially if I max out. Currently I'm on 518. I'm thinking of increasing my CELPIP score which will get me to 529. If I get an ITA and I get my result and didn't max out, I will decline the invitation. My issue is, if I don't max out but improve my score and get 526, but I already had 529 on my profile and there was a draw of 525, is it still valid, or will it be denied based on the claim that on the Date Of Submission I didn't have the score I claimed to have. Someone help me.

It may be an issue. You need to be eligible both on the date of ITA and the submission of your PR application.
