IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS NOT INCLUDED, POST E-APR, NEED HELP!

I checked my submitted e-APR the other day I found out that somehow the information on my immediate family i.e. parents, siblings was not shown. My spouse still has his family members intact. After re-uploading the files, my EE account had been reset and I must have forgotten to re-input family info.

Is this a serious problem? I have sent a CSE but still I'm worried that I might be rejected on that ground. Anyone who has experienced the same/similar situation, please help!
