IMM5709 Application - Status expiry date doesn't correspond to the date in form.

I'm trying to extend my visa as a college student. I was supposed to come to Vancouver last year when I got my visa, but I had to postpone it and came only on February. Which means my stamp is valid only until September 12th, 2015. My Study and Work Permits are valid until February 28, 2016.
I will need to leave the country for 3 weeks after the expiration date in the stamp. Now I'm trying to extend the stamp date but there's a message that appears every time I upload the form IMM5709:

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description:
Your status expiry date in the answer you provided previously does not correspond to the Restoration in your form. Modify your answers or the value in your form.

It says the date I put in the form is not the same date I put in the website.

However, I have tried different computers, different adobe reader versions to fill it out, I have even put the same date in every part of the form matching the website date to find out what's the problem but still, the same message shows up.
Is it a bug or something from the website?

Your status expiry date is Feb 28/16.

Yeah, Feb. 28, 2016. But my visa stamp is valid until September 12, 2015.
It is ok to stay in Canada with the Study and Work Permits, even though if the stamp is out of date.
But I cannot leave Canada and reenter if the stamp is out of date... That's why I'm trying to extend it.
