IMM5708 - restoration app.

Few questions when filling out this (what im sure should be simple!) form to submit my restoration of status application online;

- Should it produce barcodes when validated? I did it the way i did all my barcode forms for my PR application but it didnt produce any barcodes. The fact i have to validate it made me think it should produce barcodes.

- If i am out of status should i put my status as “other” then write “out of status requires restoration” in the blank field? Then leave the date section blank? I read that for a form on my PR app but now i cant find where i read it.

Ok figured out my barcode thing..computer was obviously taking a day off and playing silly beggers!

But anyone have any input on the out of status "date" field?
