what should be written in this?

if space is not sufficient can we write this in another word document.If so what should be fillled in NO.8 (attached a word docuemnt or what statement do we need to write or how does officers knows we have attached a word document for this row))..Plz help me

Yes, you can use word document. On the schedule A, you can write something like " Refere to Appendix A". And on the word document, you can put on the title, Apppendix A: IMM5669E-SCHEDULE A and the number of the question you want to refere to.
