IMM5532 PART C confusion

Hi everyone, for IMM5532 PART C, when It says to be filled out by the Sponsor and Principle Applicant Im a bit confused.

Am I (the sponsor) suppose to answer the questions, then have the PA answer them also? (basically having two pages of the same answers?)

#1 When was the first time you met in person?

Describe the circumstances - ill need more space than provided in the box.

Also #3 , should I write a little paragraph of how we've been living together , details of address' also?

or just tick yes, and write 2013-present ?

You just need to answer the questions once. You can do it, she can do it, you can do it sitting in the same room together, you can push the keys on the keyboard together however you want.

If you need more room for any of the questions you can attach a separate sheet. Write the name/date of birth of the PA on the top of the sheet, list what form number and question number you are replying too.

Yes, the question asks "if Yes, how long have you bee living together". Write a brief description stating when and where.
