What works for you, that allows you to present a concise summation?

I wrote a summarized timeline and referenced supporting items to the dates/periods in the timeline.

E.g. DD/MM/YY We move into our new apartment at X Street, my husband completes arrangements for utilities. Please refer exhibits A1-A4 showing: Utility contract, accompanying letter authorizing my husband to act on my behalf with the company, signed copies of initial deposit.

Whatever you do has to be relevant and adequate to the purpose, and easily understood.

I agree...a summary with references to the supporting documentation is the easiest way to complete this part. I thought I might have to write a very long essay, but actually I think your idea is better and easier for the VO to understand.
