I have been asked to submit an additional family info form. I am applying for express entry only for myself. I am not sponsoring anyone.
How should I go about filling this form?

This form is to list your other family members who are not involved in the immigration. This, if I remember correctly, includes your spouse, parents, your children and your siblings. It's used for background and security checks I think.
