As your spouse is your sponsor they are not dependant on you to take them to Canada through the application. You would only fill in that part if your spouse also came from your country and someone else was sponsoring you.
This section can be left blank, but it does state that if left blank you won't be able to sponsor anyone later on if you chose to.
