Imm0008 14e sign form

Hi guys, I passed my application to IRCC. The form Signature in the end IMM0008 14e was unavailable. I save document as is and sent it.
I thought that last paragraph where I fill “Declaration” will sign all previously filled forms.
But when I submit my application and download it, I saw that this forms is not sign

how to change it? Or leave “as is”
